Palmer Park (9am) followed by Deuces Wild Brewery (12pm)
– We’ll explore meadows and pine-oak scrub habitats while enjoying great views of Pikes Peak and the park’s own great rock formations. We’ll look for mostly year-round residents while hoping for a late migrant or two.
– This hike will be moderate, going 3 miles over uneven terrain with some incline.
– Bring binoculars and dress for the Colorado Springs forecast.
